I was really nervous at first, I had to see another doctor that took my insurance. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Ramin. He was friendly and understanding while telling me my diagnosis. A friendly face is what I needed the most. I will be coming back to his office.
Friendly staff, no wait time, for last-minute appointment. Doctor was a bit awkward but he was kind, listened to my problems, and did not rush the visit.
Everything about my appointment with Dr. Ramin and his staff was pleasurable. They were communicative, considerate, and competent. My reason for seeing Dr. Ramin is ongoing but this gave a very positive first impression.
Direct and interested in finding a solution.
Dr. Ramin is great. He's very timely with responses and his sense of humor is appreciated.
I called 30 minutes before my appointment to find out if the doctor was running on schedule and if I was likely to be seen on time. The person who answered the phone said yes, so I showed up at the time of my appointment and signed in. However, no one greeted me or acknowledged me for 45 minutes, and they only did so at that time because I asked when I would be seen and if they needed information from me. When the doctor appeared in the examination room awhile later, he didn't introduce himself to me or anything, he just sat down. They need some serious help with common courtesy and office management.
I was very dissapointed.. I will be seeking refferral to a different PCP in the future.
Bedside manner is absolutely TERRIBLE. It feels like he's not interested and just wants to get you out of there as quickly as possible. I went in to have sutures removed and he didn't even know how to do it -- had to look up on google!!!! I wanted to do a physical routine checkup and he told me I didn't need one ... terrible terrible terrible terrible service, provided absolutely zero information and did the bare minimum in addressing my concerns.
The office doesn't seem to have streamline communication with Zocdoc. I would definitely call after booking the appointment to let them know. Even though I was not expected, my wait was minimal and much less than other doctor visits when I have had a appointment.
this doctor isn't helpful at all
Dr. Ramin was really knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions right away. I also didn't have to wait long at all, which was a plus!
Dr. Ramin is a very, very good doctor. He listens to you without interruptions while you are explaining why you are there to see him. He is thoughtful about his explanations to you. He makes sure you understand his answers. He is extremely knowledgeable.
don't take this doctor seriously . Answered a call from his wife barely listened to my concerns . Your just another pay check to him please save yourself the stress and see someone else.
He was very rude and condescending and barely helped with the injury I came in to check.
He and his staff were very nice, but my appointment felt very rushed and I didn't feel that my check up was very thorough. He basically just refilled my prescriptions and sent me on my way. When you only get a check up once a year you expect more attention and care from the doctor.
Over all I am very happy ! Staff was excellent . I waited less then 15 min to go in and to see the Dr. Dr. Ramin is great friendly makes you feel comfortable to talk too was easy going love my new primary Dr!
He was great! Very proficient and I felt very well taken care of. Good listener.
He was very knowledgable and explained everything of what my condition could be that I went in for. Very clear, nice, positive and caring!! I left his office feeling much better with a good understanding and hope for getting well soon. He's the best!
Fine. Was on his phone while listening for heart beat and blood pressure etc. Seemed unprofessional. Fine from then on.
my visit to Dr David was really perfect and he and his staff are professional
The office was very polite and efficient, I was in and out right away with no problems. I found Dr. Ramin to be competent, but scattered. He came in, greeted me, we began discussing my symptoms when he received an urgent call - I had no problem with this, but he got off the call and stared at me blankly. At which point I re-started the symptoms conversation, as he seemed to have completely forgotten everything from two minutes before. He asked me the same question several times and didn't really seem to be listening or engaging with me at any point. Overall, I was glad I could get an appointment on short notice, his office was a pleasure to work with, I got what I needed and trust his competence as a physician. However, I will look elsewhere for a primary care doctor as he did not seem interested in really listening to what I was trying to tell him or engaging with my overall health.
This was my first visit, I found Dr. Ramin to be professional as well as charming. He ask all the right questions and leaves you feeling confident about his treatment.
The appointment was fine and Dr. Ramin was very good. However, it took over a month to get the referral for a physical therapist that he organized. By this point I had missed over a week at work and the pain that had prompted my initial appointment was significantly worse. A week after my initial appointment, when I contacted the office to ask on the status of these referrals, I was told that my insurance company was delaying the process; when I called the company to ask, they notified me that no referral had been brought to their attention. Perhaps this was just miscommunication on both sides. But I did not get a sense that Dr. Ramin's office was particularly punctual in following up the matter. The experience was unpleasant enough that I found another PCP and won't go back.
Was a first time patient and seeing the Doctor due to an immediate illness. Staff was friendly, professional and fast! I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes. Dr. Ramin is a powerhouse... knowledgeable, friendly, great bedside manner. I would highly recommend.
Extremely rude doctor and staff. Came 30 minutes late to the appointment after switching me rooms twice only to provide extremely offensive remarks about my previous diagnoses and asking unscientific leading questions. Literally the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Definitely not reccomended as a primary care doctor. Refused to refill any of my prescriptions because I had more than one condition. Awful, awful manners and showed little to no respect for my low economic standing, referring me to the most costlyout of network doctors and dressing in flashy designer clothing.
I had a great visit and hope Dr Ramin will be my doctor going forward
After specifically informing the doctor on this website that he needed to come in for a rewrite of a prescription for a controlled substance, the doctor agreed to see us, and then told us that he doesn't write prescriptions for such drugs. He then proceeded to ask my husband if he was "sure" he had ADD, despite having been on this medication for 14 years. He also recommended us a doctor in Encino, despite us informing him that we are staying absolutely nowhere near there. We spent a copay and visiting time only to be told "no" when we could have been informed of this upon requesting the appointment. I am very disappointed.
He put me on a new medicine, and I wasn't having a favorable reaction to it. (I couldn't function and it was really cutting into my work.) I went back to see him 2 weeks later, and told him what was happening. He told me to start taking it at night and to come back in 6 weeks. He just brushed me off like he didn't even care! I knew that I couldn't continue taking the medication, and if I did I would probably lose my job. I felt like I couldn't get a word in, and it was really discouraging. It really came across like he was just trying to make a buck instead of figuring out what was right for me. Needless to say, I won't be going back to see him again. Ever.
He was great! Very efficient and effective. Fixed me right up.
First appointment . Dr was great. Highly recommended
Doctor was very attentive and helpful. Always a great time with a Doctor who gets to address every concern. Would recommend to anyone looking for a general practitioner.
He is a very professional doctor with a great attitude. His staff did seem a little disorganized and the other patients were not who I expected to see at a doctors office in Beverly Hills.
Very unhelpful. Came in with back pain. Did not help me with pain medication. Only wanted to give me to another doctor.
The staff was very sporatic and all over the place. They seemed very disorganized. Doors were left open while a patient was getting blood drawn. Nurses didn't seem to juggle the front desk very well. Asking each other questions. Very strange unsettling environment.
Everyone at the office was super nice. Dr Ramin, is very well read and made everything very comfortable.
He was very passionate and patient. He took it upon himself to call for resources right there in the room regarding my situation..... He made sure I had contact information to people and other organizations that could help me. Wonderful man.
Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
Dr. Ramin was fine. The billing is not. I paid for my appointment when I left, but still received another bill in the mail a month later. I didn't remember that I already paid so I sent in a check for the same amount. I have since gotten two more bills for the same appointment saying I am overdue. When I checked my bank statement I realized I had paid twice. Trying to get in touch with billing, but watch out for that.
A breath of fresh air experience
It was great! Really liked this doctor.
Dr. Ramin and his staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in his office.
Great guy. Serious about important information and not too judgemental. Makes sure patient is taken care of in a timely fashion.
He was great!
Dr. Ramin is extremely kind and really listens to patients. You do not feel rushed.
I felt very comfortable speaking to the Dr and he is very thorough. Gave him all my medical records and he made me understand the information so well! If you want someone to listen to you and cares about you, you should see Dr Ramin. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
It's rare that a doctor takes me in early. I thought Dr. Ramin was warm, attentive, yet expedient. I will definitely go back.
