Dr. Rebuck shook my hand, made good eye contact with me throughout the consultation and went into great detail about what I could expect from the vasectomy procedure itself. He also made clear to me the different things that could go wrong and gave me statistical probabilities, which I found very helpful. Dr. Roebuck made me feel really comfortable. I look forward to seeing him again.

The doctor was great. But the office team was a disaster.

So i went to see him after finding him on ZOCDOC. i had just moved to the area and my usual urologist is far away in NYC.
He seemed really nice and professional but the problem isn't in his bed-side-manner . I 've had stones and kidney surgery in the past, so when I started peeing like 2-3 per hour i new something was wrong. He talked to me and told me I need to come back for a CT scan. Now here is where the problem is: I gave a urine sample and he asked me if I wanted him to call with the results , i said YES ! NO ONE EVER CALLED. I stayed in discomfort for two more weeks until I started to get pain in lower back and kidneys. I had a severe UTI infection. This can easily be detected in a urine sample. Thank god i was smart enough to not wait any longer and get help elsewhere. I easily good have gotten permeant damage. If they send me a bill and except me to pay I'm going to laugh.
