I believe Dr. Riedel is a very caring doctor and he always listens to what I have to say without rushing me. He doesn't multi-task like some doctors do while they are with a patient. I strongly feel that Dr. Riedel wants to do his best to help me with my health problems and I would highly recommend him.

His receptionist is unbearable. She sent me a email telling me that my appointment was at 1:30 when it was actually for 3 PM. She didn't bother to tell me who the appointment was with her what office she was emailing me from. She sent me the wrong phone number for the office in her email. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and called them beforehand to let them know I was running behind. When I got there the receptionist litwrally scoffed at me and rolled her eyes when I told her that I did not have a primary care doctor. She then made a point of telling me that I was the last appointment of the day. Apparently I was holding them up by not coming in at 1:30. It took me 3 minutes to fill out the paperwork.
The Medical Assistant was, in contrast to the rest of the office staff I dealt with, very polite and professional.
The doctor came in and I apologized for being late. His reply was "As you should be." Not a great start. He then made sure to make me wrong about my opinions about what was happening with me at every turn. Apparently little people without health insurance or primary care doctors aren't welcome in their office. If you don't want people to come at the end of the day (3:00pm) don't leave it open as the only slot for the week.
