I would not recommend anyone to see this FNP he is extremely rude and is very unprofessional. I set up an appointment because I've had a nagging cough for over six months, have been feeling extremely tired, have shortness of breathe, and have had extensive swelling in my feet . I explained this and all my symptoms to the nice CNA who called me over to the room and took my blood pressure and weight. She seemed to be more knowledgable than David Seiter FNP. She gave me her input as to what my issue might be (low iron). When David Seiter FNP walked in to check me, he asked me why I was there. He didn't even read the notes that the CNA had provided him. What's the point of the CNA documenting everything if it's not going to be read by the FNP. So I explained to the FNP what I was in there for. I started telling him that I had a nagging cough for over six months, he asked me some questions about my cough, then as I was proceeding to tell him the rest of my symptoms he rudely interrupted me and said "stop, right now we're talking about your cough, not your other symptoms." After we discussed my cough, and shortness oif breathe, I started to bring up the swelling in my feet and he again rudely told me "Ok. Stop right there now you're bringing up too many other things. I have other patients waiting for me, you're going to set up another appointment for a physical so we can go over everything that you might have going on." So what am I chopped liver?! I'm a patient too! I had to wait for my turn just like they did! I told the CNA about all my symptoms which she wrote down for the FNP to read. So it baffled me that he would act in this matter. He was just plain rude. He did apologize but the damage had already been done. Never had I been treated by a doctore let alone a FNP in that manner. I was appalled and sadden that an healthcare provider who's job consist of dealing with people would act that way. Also, why couldn't he refer me to get lab work done for the symptoms that I described to him which turned out to be low iron. Why did he want me to come back and spend more money on another office visit when he could have just done his job right then and there! He lacks customer service skills and lacks healthcare knowledge. I will never be going back to him and will encourage others not to do so as well.

They took so long and then the nurse Patty said my prescription would be filled and I could go. Then she called me back right after I left and said I have 15 minutes before they close or I could come back The following day, I came back the next day and waited over an hour to see David to speak with me for 2 minutes about a skin cream ??
