He attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2016, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He completed an internship at the Cedar Springs Eye Clinic, Dallas, Texas, with an emphasis on management of ocular disease. He is a certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Dr. Shinpaugh is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
Dr. Shinpaugh enjoys all aspects of family eye care and providing his patients with the latest technologies in spectacle and contact lens designs, including bifocal contact lenses.
