The office staff was very friendly and I was promptly seen. The doctor was able to quickly diagnose me and prescribed me medication to help. She was very kind and I felt comfortable speaking with her. We also immediately scheduled a follow up appointment to check up on my progress.

I completed a telehealth visit with this provider and she was efficient but thorough. I appreciated the outreach prior to the appointment from the staff to clarify intake forms were received via text.

The staff was nice but when I walked in they said to have a seat and they’ll be with me shortly. I sat for maybe 20-30 minutes when they called me in. I received an email saying that I was charged a copay but the receptionist didn’t tell me ahead of time that I had a copay, how much it was or that they were charging my card.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Starbinski for a general check-up. Upon arrival, I was met by the receptionist who was aware of my appointment. After a short wait time of about 5 minutes, I was escorted to an exam room which was clean and orderly. My vitals were taken accurately and with care. Dr. Starbinski had excellent bedside manners and was very attentive. She will now be my primary care doctor.

Great provider. However, I received Rx for Albuterol but never received Azithromycin Rx as discussed and it was impossible to reach the office to get medication which was the whole purpose of visit.
