Professional statement

Dr. Clement grew up in Arizona and graduated from Mesa Mountain View High School in 1990. He did undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received his professional degree from The California College of Podiatric Medicine. After completing residency training through the VA and Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, he worked as a civilian Staff Podiatric Surgeon at the Madigan Army Medical Center. His duties included training resident surgeons and serving as the Assistant Clinic Chief for the Podiatry Service, where he was honored to treat returning soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan for a variety of foot and ankle injuries, including many soldiers with combat trauma. After 15 years away from home, Dr. Clement returned to Arizona to begin private practice. In addition to general experience treating everything from ingrown nails to broken bones in patients of all ages, he has unique experience working with geriatric populations in East Mesa, diabetic patients suffering from chronic wounds, and underserved populations in Central and South Phoenix. His experience was rewarded in 2011 when he became Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Clement lives in Mesa with his wife, four children, two dogs, two parakeets, two fish, and too many scorpions.

I can compare him to my Doctor in Omaha. I wish my Omaha doctor was as good as he was. I think I will check out other doctors when I get back to Omaha

He took care of a very painful ingrown toenail quickly and with no pain and gave instructions for the next 2 weeks with a return appt. to check on it. He also took x-rays and I felt he was very thorough. He answered all my questions about hammer toes and cracked heels as well and I was even able to purchase silicone lined sox to sleep in to remedy my problem heels. I really liked him a lot. Even though every doctor I've had so far through ZocDoc , five so far for different specialties, I still do my research on them and Dr. Clement was great. He isn't a doctor of alot of words; he's quiet spoken. He's very thorough and professional and did a great job taking care of my son's ingrown toenail. I would recommend him anyone and his staff is very polite as well. In addition, I was able to get my son seen the next day instead of him having to suffer days or weeks out.
