The office was in a mall location with plenty of parking and easy to get to. Looks new and spacious. You can get your lab work drawn right there. Answered some basic questions and filled out my release form. Was called to see the doctor right away. Sheila, her nurse took me in. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Then I had my appointment with Dr. Derderian. As a new patient, we sort of had a meet and greet to get established. I spent about 45 minutes for my appointment. She ordered blood work, a mammogram and a bone density. I go for a complete physical and follow up in 6 months. I found her friendly, respectful and thorough. Glad I chose to go there.

Dr Derderian was great, however the mix up with my appointment was annoying. As a nurse, it was unbelievable to me that the person checking me greeted every person that came in and asked them their name WHILE she was assisting me! She encouraged them to come closer to assist them while she entered my info into the computer! Hippa violation? What about the chance for error with my info?

Dr. Derderian is wonderful! My last primary care doctor was dismissive and didn’t listen to my concerns. I fell ill and when I was ignored by my previous PCP I made the switch to Dr. Derderian. She shared the same concerns about my health as I do and ordered the necessary tests to help find me some relief. I feel like we’re working as a team to get me healthy. So happy I made the switch!
