I was impressed even though they should have given more time for a new patient. I felt rushed.

I would never go back to this doctor. I feel like i wasted my time and my money. She would not listen, and she told me that i had to see only her. She told me to wait until I hadanother infection, suffer through it for a few days and then come into her to have her run tests. She told me that she was going to help with my congestion by blowing Afrin up my nostrils. I am not what happened, but I have felt awful and I have a lot of sinus and ear pressure. She also offers a lot of cosmetic procedures like fillers, botox, etc, i am very confused what her specialty is. I suspect that she is just capitalizing on her MD to make more money, as I didn't see any certifications for cosmetic surgery. I was very unhappy with her bedside manner as well. She is very abrupt and off putting. I told her that I get infections when I fly, and her response was, "don't fly". I am very unimpressed with her, and will not back.

I found Dr. Freehling very personable, kind, and thorough. She helped me out with a painful earwax issue and made sure I understood how I could help keep the tendency at bay. She also did a full ENT exam, which I really appreciated.

Maybe it's just because she practices ENT that makes some of the treatment uncomfortable or that I came in with an issue to take care of, but the experience wasn't bad or good and wasn't very pleasant for me. She's very nice though.

Dr. Freehling was very thorough, and incisive as to her diagnosis, and explained it clearly. Subsequently, I underwent further visits and treatment, and have been extremely happy with my progress. My sinuses were cleared, and the allergyshots really help - I no longer suffer like I used to! When I first went to see her, I could barely smell, now I can! And I no longer have sinus infections!

Dr. Freehling is an incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent and detailed ENT. Her years of experience and understanding of what may be ailing you make her the only ENT I will see (and I have seen others). She was able to diagnose mycondition and restore my hearing on two occasions. Had it not been for Dr. Freehling's expertise, I would never have known I have fairly severe allergies (I exhibit no classic symptoms). The allergist, Izabella, is also fantastic. Like Dr. Freehling, she is very thorough, professional and gentle. The doctor, allergist and staff care about helping you. If you seek an experienced and top notch ENT, Dr. Freehling is an excellent choice.

she was in a hurry and seemed to not acknowledge me at all. I had had two previous appointments and the information had been there. Then with Dr. Freehling some of the information was missing she asked me why I hadnot provided said information I told her that I had provided that information to Zoc Doc she told me that they did not make that kind of mistake.....and that was that! also I was not informed that there would be a 75.00 charge for missed appointment. So I will not be seeing her again.....

Dr. Freehling was very friendly and personable, very approachable with any medical concerns. I came in needing to follow up on some trauma, but she did a thorough examination regardless and gave me some additional, helpful information aboutmy health. I really appreciated her attention to detail and steady hands as she completed the procedures - I left the office with crazy good hearing, thought she had turned me into Matt Murdock! I found Dr. Freehling here when I was in a pinch, and I'm really happy I did. The other reviews are spot on: Dr. Freehling is a great ENT, you won't regret your decision to see her.

Last visit was more than 10 years ago, excellent both times. Very clear on explaining procedures, actions, and treatment needed. I will be going in for a followup in a couple of weeks. I would have avoided a lot of eardiscomfort had I gone to see her a few weeks back when I first went to urgent care and then GP. Wonderful experience with the office staff and procedures as well. Was able to do most of the paperwork online, so it saved a lot of time in the office filling out forms.

I have had other appointments with this doctor and she is always late. Today when she was about 35 minutes late, I said to myself this is the last time I am going to put up with her tardiness. What makesit even more infuriating is that I arrived 8 minutes early and there was no one else in the waiting room. On top of that I even saw her hanging around the reception desk area not seeing a patient, all with me waiting by myself in the waiting room (there did not appear to be any other patient even in the examination rooms that I could tell, she even mentioned to the receptionist that she was going to do some personal thing and she was already 15 minutes late at that point-- unbelievable lack of respect for the her patient's time.) I got so miffed about it all that I told the receptionist that I was going to talk a walk in the parking lot and to call me when they were ready to have me go into an examination room. I went outside and I was called on my cell to come on back in. On top of all this, when the dear doctor got around to seeing, (it was a return visit) I said that the last time I saw her she told me she would check my nose, ears and throat. After she checked my and ears, I asked her to check my throat and she flat out refused. I was flabbergasted. I am the patient and if I am willing to pay her to take 30 seconds of her precious time to look at my throat, even if she does not thing she needs to,then she should say, Okay, not, NO. In any event, I have had it with her mercurial personality and I will never bother coming to see her again.

She is very knowledgeable and thorough with questioning me and talking about what was going on. I was turned off because she was very eager to prescribe medications and procedures to treat my symptoms rather than get to the deeper issuesand resolve them first. She also used this awful nasal spray on me that I was not expecting and it made me feel awful all day and have a sore throat
