It is very helpfull, she helps me keep the weigh off by helping me plan my week and I am accountable to her so all week I am counscious about what I eat.

Hello, my name is Deborah Jeffery and I am Fairfax Dietetics. I received my BS degree with a major in dietetics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After completing the clinical dietetics program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, I qualified to take and passed the national examination for registration with the American Dietetic Association (ADA).I am an active member of the Northern District Virginia Dietetic Association serving on the Executive Board. In addition to being a RD, I am also certified by the American Dietetic Association in childhood, adolescent, and adult weight management.
