Throughout her career, Dr. Pacik has received several awards, including the Innovation and Community Service Award, the Leo M. Davidoff Award for Medical Education, and the Resident of the Year award. Post-residency, she trained as a Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine Fellow at Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinal. Her sports medicine coverage experience is vast, ranging from serving as the Finish Line Tent Captain at the NYC Marathon to being an Athletic Medical Care Provider at the FISU Winter World University Games in Lake Placid. Dr. Pacik served as a licensed acupuncture specialist, running her own private practice for twenty years. Additionally, she founded a community acupuncture clinic at Windham Hospital. She has authored and co-authored an array of published medical articles throughout her career.
