I was able to book a virtual visit very quickly on Zocdoc. Dr.Deena is apart of the Mount Sinai system so I was then directed on how to properly set up my profile to have the visit via MyChart. The visit was very quick but detailed and I was able to have all of my questions answered.

I have never met a more pretentious endocrinologist! I went to her because I have not been successful in finding good treatment for Graves Disease. her office lost my blood work , I had to go back twice , I thought I could discuss my fears of my diagnosis and weight gain etc with the Dr. who then in turn accused me of lying about my calorie intake and told me to prove it to her by showing her my calorie tracker app on my phone. How insulting ! The front office staff was rude and disorganized..never again !

Dr. Adimoolam is wonderful. She was very, very thorough, very attentive, and she was really trying to help me with my problem. She spent more time with me than any other doctor has, ever. She also discussed several different treatment options, which was interesting, as all of my other endocrinologists always go with the same conventional treatment plan (which hasn't worked for me). I left the appointment confident that she gave full consideration to my thoughts and experience, and that she was doing a thorough and comprehensive analysis of my condition.
