Straight forward. quick and efficient diagnosis of the issues and she provided multiple options: some more invasive, some less; some more costly ( money and time) and some less so. Very frank on the options and did not seem pushy at all to steer to any one of the 3 suggested alternative. all in less than 45 minutes with X-Rays (my option not her requirement).

Wish Dr. Horn was a universal MD; she's great. Charismatic. Energetic. Offers many alternatives besides surgery. She mentioned one thing that reasonates: "I don't let my patient remain with pain [paraphrased]". Overall, always a great experience.

FYI: This office does NOT use Zocdoc to schedule appointments. I scheduled one through ZocDoc and called to double check and they were kind of confused, so I schedule my appointment for the same time by phone.
Dr. Horn was so lovely. I went in for an ingrown toenail and questions about plantar fasciitis. She distracted me during the ingrown toenail procedure by talking about my plantar fasciitis problem. She was very conscientious about my pain tolerance and finished the procedure in a little over a minute. I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes.

Dr. Horn was incredibly friendly and polite. I never had to wait for my appointments and was always seen right away. Best of all, she was able to take care of a problem that another doctor had been treating me for for over a year in only a couple of months! I highly recommend this doctor.

I scheduled my appointment via Zocdoc. I arrived to my appointment on time and given paper work to fill out. There was a lady at the reception desk having a personal phone call in Spanish. I found that very unprofessional. Dr. Horn was very friendly and knowledge.
Unfortunately, I was charged for the visit. According to Zocdoc, Dr. Horn accepted my insurance. I did not bother to check since I never had an issue before with Zocdoc. The front desk didn't inform me that Dr. Horn does not accept my insurance either. I feel like I was mislead by Zocdoc and Dr. Horn. Now I have to shell out money when I could have gone go another doctor who takes my insurance.

Dr. Horn is amazing! 3 wks and I was in excrutiating pain in my left foot due to plantar faciitis and barely able to walk. After 2 wks of steroid injections & oral steroids & orthotics I am able to walk with little discomfort & be ambulatory. She is true professional, extremely personable & an excellent doctor!
