I saw Dr. Bala for approximately 5 years, then due to employment changes insurance coverage changed. For 2 years, I was under another plan, which had their own hospitals and doctors. Again due to employment changes, I found myself back under previous insurance company and leaped at the opportunity to renew my medical relationship with Dr. Bala and her office staff. It was reassuring and heartwarming that the staff and Dr. Bala remembered me and welcomed me back to their practice.

I was there 15min earlier and immediately when it was time for me, I was showed to where the doctors office where I waited for not less than 10 min..the doc was nice and told me what I needed to know.

I accompanied my elderly friend for this visit. Dr. Bala took plenty of time talking to us. This was a first visit (hence the "probably" for the first question--we need to visit again to see to have a better idea), but I think my friend felt that she is a very caring doctor and he intends to continue seeing her.

This was our first visit with Dr. Balasubramaniam, (Dr. Bala for short). This was my Dad's appointment. He is 81 years young. She was very personable with my Dad, along with my sister and me. Easy to talk to. He had an annual check up and she asked all the right questions and examined him thoroughly. I look forward to her being my Dad's primary care physician since he did not have one.

Dr Deepa and her staff were courteous and knowledgeable . I have a little concern about an older woman who seemed to be the office manager who wasn't friendly and was with suspicious attitude when I asked for two days doctor's note . I didn't appreciate the way she handled it .

The wait was longer than expected. I arrived at 11:50 and was seen by Dr. Bala around 12:15. However, all of the staff, including the doctors, were professional. I felt uncomfortable at first because it's been a while since I've visited a doctor, but Dr. Bala carefully informed me of the procedures and made me feel comfortable to trust her as a doctor. I'm so glad I found her and won't be so intimidated for my next check up!

Dr. B take care of all the members of my family. She practices in the "olo style" in fact she cares about the person and not just the situation at hand. I want them to continue practicing so that she can take care of me the way she takes care of my father and my children the way she takes care of me.
