The PAs and office staff who I've seen in the past here were nothing short of exceptional. However, out of every physician I've encountered in my life, I've never interacted with one as terrible as this one.

The only problem I have with the physician's office is that they do not answer the phone and require one business day to get back with you. That's unacceptable when you need to talk to them right away.
