The office smelled like a vet. The wait time was extensive. The beside manner was non-existent - zero empathy or ability to explain required procedures.

Dr. Padia seemed to be a sweet person however she initially did not want to see my son in person. She kept insisting on seeing him virtually because she was scare of COVID, however he was in a lot of pain and needed to be physically evaluated. We ended up leaving the office after waiting well over an hour of his appointment time. She called and done a virtual appointment over the phone and I appreciate her time however it was really a total waste of mine. I ended up having to take my son back to the ER. I recommend her to change professions if she's terrified of COVID. Why be a doctor?

I have never been seen by a doctor that was so discouraging. I was inquiring about a referral for my daughter's school for a 504 plan. With my daughter sitting in the room, this physician told us that there are no accommodations in college and that she didn't see how they would help. As a teacher myself I was shocked that we were told this. I do not recommend this physician.

The wait time was always short but once you were called to the back it was a little while before you were seen. Doctor Padia seemed to be uninterested in the problems I was mentioning. She seemed to be hearing what I was saying but not listening. When I would leave the office I would always have to be asked “what did she tell you? “ in a lobby full of strangers I would have to announce my health issues. It was obvious there was no communication between the front desk and their doctor or they didn’t know how to gather information from my file. I will not be returning but I hope they find this review and it helps them fix the little things.

Dr. Padia is a wonderful person and doctor. I've actually never had a doctor go above and beyond like she has. She clearly loves helping people feel better and has taken that responsibility to heart.
She's an excellent listener and takes my questions and concerns seriously. The clinic staff are also incredibly kind and patient and I've always been able to get prompt appointments and prescription refills.

I was a patient of Dr. Padia's before she switched offices. I was going to find another doctor because she had moved to the other side of San Antonio but after the great care I received from Dr. Padia previously, I decided to make the drive to her new office. I was not disappointed. She was awesome! The front desk person was very nice and all of her staff are exceptional. I will continue my 30 minute drive just for her.

She was okay nice enough. I didn't feel like I got anything out of my visit that I couldn't get from my12 y.o niece. I was told i'd get an epi pen bc I had a really bad allergic reaction form something? The most she did was refer me to an allergist : /

I brought my new patient forms, already completed, with me to my appt. Still had to fill out an additional form. Some of the wordage, could have been more user friendly.
The entire waiting room and examining rooms, were extremely cold
( not cool, cold!)when I mentioned this to the nurse, she said "yes" , I'll see if they can change it. All employees were dressed in layers.
Dr.Padia saw me shortly after my appt time, although I was early. She had a problem with getting my records up on her computer. She too,wasn't able to get temp adjusted. More patients were there for cold or flu. I found it odd that dr. did not know if her office was on Medicare assignment. I not. Shouldn't someone at medical physical physilicty office be able to answer an important question like that?
Have a follow up next week. Found it odd that the nurse or assistant,can into the examining room, asking if I was ising Ambian? What did that have to do with my symptoms and issues for that appt?

The attending nurse was very engaged, thoughtful and attentive. However, my experience with Deepa Padia was quite the opposite and rather miserable. Her demeanor was dismissive, condescending and somewhat aggressive. I would not in good conscience recommend her.
