This was my first visit i appreciate everything he told me he is a really a good doctor. He is truthful and that’s the most important thing. His assistants are also very sweet. And i feel so comfortable and safe with him. Thank you soo much!

Deepak Vadhan is a dedicated and diligent internist, pulmonologist, sleep medicine specialist, geriatrician, and critical care specialist serving the communities of Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY. Dr. Vadhan earned his medical degree from Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai in India. He then moved to the United States, where he completed his residencies in internal medicine at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He also completed his fellowships in critical care and pulmonary medicine at Albany Medical College Hospital and the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, Long Island College Hospital respectively.

The wait at this place is outrageous! Two hits for a visit that took 10 minutes top. Didn't really feel like the doctor tried to understand what I was experiencing. Just wrote a script. I will not be returning!

The office building was rough, but that seems to be the norm here in Brooklyn. If the doctor's good, I still prefer it to traveling to the upper east side to see a specialist. The wait was long, but some of that was due to my insurance taking forever to verify. I'm glad I stayed, though, because Dr. Vadhan was great, and had excellent bedside manner. He was thorough and prescribed me exactly what I needed.

I needed a new GP and found Dr Vadhan on ZocDoc and I was very pleased with his bedside manner and straight forward approach. He was able to give me a physical and refer me for blood work and discuss a plan of action for my issue. Office team was helpful and knowledgeable.
Wait time was super long but I understand there were extended wait times due to a change in the drs schedule.

After waiting for more than two hours, I noticed he did not wash or sterilize his hands after coming out of the exam room in front of mine, his hands literally smelled filthy when he pressed on my sinus and neck area.
He ignored my swollen nodes even after telling him they are inflamed for over 6 months and there is cancer history in my family.
He almost imposed me to get on a bronchodilator just because I mentioned I feel out of breath sometimes and I declined three times then he ordered a respiratory test when I know i DID NOT needed it. I agreed only because I wanted to end the visit.
If you still go to see him, notice he does not use hand sanitizer or washes his hands and rushes through, I only saw him for 5m.
