Dr. Halmi is a very kind man, and he has a wonderful staff. I started off a little discouraged because I found out when I got there that my insurance policy was not covered for bariatric procedures. The staff was very encouraging and gave me good feedback. By the time I left I had a sense of hope, and not disappointment.

Dr. Halmi is great and top notch! He did surgery on me 14 years ago and he still is great now as he was back then. I highly recommend Dr. Halmi! His receptionist, Kelly in the lakeridge office is super nice too!

Dr. Halmi was courteous, thorough, and professional. He asked the questions he needed to ascertain my condition, and he always asks if I have any questions for him, or any concerns.

Dr. Halmi was fine, once I got in to see him. My appointment was at 2pm. And I filled out my paperwork online, supposing to expedite the process. But I got there and had to fill out all the forms again- AND waited an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. Wrecked my schedule at work. I know I watched 8 people come and go in that time. Why schedule me for 2 when you're not gonna see me until almost 3:30? That was kind of unfair, only because I did what I was supposed to do.
