She seemed very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my problem immediately. The medicine that she prescribed for me worked. The wait was fairly long, so be prepared, but I thought the care was great.

This visit was fairly quick, as well as the treatment.
(Please keep in mind that this is my first review of pretty much anything- definitely my first negative review.) Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Dickinson's office or with zocdoc. The appointment was secured, even though I filled out the information online and even received a "you have an appointment" text the morning of the appointment. I understood-- things happen-- and filled out my forms, but it did end up taking an hour and a half to be seen. Once again, I understood that there might be a misunderstanding with the appointment. However, when I did see the doctor, she only spent a 30 seconds to a minute with me. No questions. No examination. Nothing. The thing that finally ended up motivating me to write this review is that the call for the prescription was also never made. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning.

Verified patient
Very professional. The wait was ridiculous. Appt. was for 1pm went into a room at 1:23 was not seen until 2:39. She needed to listen a little better and I had to keep cutting her off to ask questions but besides that she was thorough.
Verified patient
like her alot very friendly her and her staff
Verified patient
I accidentally selected that the dentist rescheduled but I was the one who had to reach out and reschedule due to a previous engagement scheduling conflict.
Verified patient
I waited around 50 minutes, she actually spoke with her for about 3 minutes. Very quick almost didn't understand her she was speaking so fast. She isn't very personable. I can tell she just cares about the money, but if the medicine she gave me works then I really don't care.
Cons: 1. You will have to complete new patient paperwork, even if you have already completed the paperwork via Doc Zoc. 2. When you make your appointment, expect to wait and wait and wait in the waiting room. My wait was over an hour past my appointment time. Some patients told me they have waited upwards of 2 hours. Pros: 1. Dr. D gets down to business once she sees you 2. She is accommodating and willing to do things the way the patient wants
My appt was at 1130 I wasn't call back until 1255 then I sat in the examing room for 30 more minutes until the doctor came in. She was in there for 10 minutes and seem like she was in a hurry.
I completed paperwork on-line but had to complete a hard copy of the same information at the office. Didn't make sense. Waited 45 minutes to be seen in a dingy waiting room, carpet was dirty looking with huge stains, didn't give the impression of cleanliness that I would like from my doctor's office. After waiting, I felt rushed once I got back to see the doctor.

The office staff was very friendly & courteous. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Doctor was very prompt and courteous. Would definitely recommend office to others.
Office staff and Dr. Dickinson were very friendly and professional. Dr. Dickinson answered all questions and would recommend her to my friends and family.
Everyone is very friendly. Ready to assist you.
Dr. Dickinson is a wonderful, patient, caring & concerned physician. I have been coming to her for over 15 years. Bringing myself & my mother before she passed in 2007. I would reccommend Dr. Dickinson to anyone that has skin problems, and I have. Your NOT going to find a more caring physician, personally, she is my hero. Thanks Dr. Denise.
