I am new to Rowlett and was looking for a Doctor to establish care with. I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Johnson. She was warm, patient and listened. I never felt rushed as I have experienced with other care providers. That is so appreciated. The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The wait was long partly because I was a new patient. But it was worth the wait.

Dr Johnson and her staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable even though it was my first time to visit their office. They were also very thorough and Dr Johnson took the time with me to discuss all of my health issues without feeling rushed. Before I left, I received a printed treatment plan and they had already called in my prescription refill. Also, the lab technician was great - I barely felt it when he took my blood sample. Overall great experience!

I finally was able to afford medical ins thx to healthcare reform and this Doc came highly recommended as caring and listens. What I got was a rude, cold, condescending woman who would barely look at me and seemed bothered to even speak to me. I began tearing up and she says "I can see you are upset." And hands me some tissue. For a first meeting I found it disappointing, and a painful waste of time. Had she given me a chance to speak to her, she would have found out that today, I began my day with hope that she was going to care enough to help me so that I can stop praying that I will wake up the next day every time I fall asleep. I'm a heart patient who's survived 2 heart attacks and 4 stents but no one would insure me. Every day I woke up was a blessing. She was my hope today and it was shattered. I will never go back to her.
