I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with specialized experience in treating anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, PTSD, and adjustment challenges. I earned my Master's in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry. Additionally, I completed an EdM in Counseling Psychology at Rutgers University. My passion lies in supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals facing significant life transitions. Having worked extensively with the US Army, I understand the unique mental health challenges that active-duty military personnel and veterans encounter. I have also provided clinical care in a variety of settings, including Columbia University, where I combined research with hands-on treatment. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to treating a wide range of conditions, including grief and loss, relationship issues, and personal transformation. My goal is to offer compassionate, comprehensive care that addresses both the emotional and physical aspects of mental health.
