Terrible. I Had trouble with my provider a regular issue they were rude to my sister and I inside the office and as well as the BLUE CROSS PROVIDER. Who was trying to get a better understanding of what they were saying. I cannot remember the lady's name but she had terrible blonde streaks ????

When I arrived for my appointment they did not have it even though I showed them the email confirmation they blamed zocdoc for the mistake. Our appointment was at noon, this was our first visit for a foster child check up the nurse told us that our paper work was not what they needed although we have done foster care several times and it has always been fine never the less we had the social worker talk with on the phone and email the release form to see the child they received this at 1215 at 100 we asked how much longer it was going to be they told us that it will be another two to three hours because she gave our spot away really our spot was at noon they talked to us at 1210 about the release release was given at 1215 and they were very rude condescending. The seats in the waiting room were stained and dirty and just gross don't go keep looking for another doctors office

She is very informative and makes u feel comfortable to talk to her.
