Doctor Inoa is nice when you can find the time to meet with her. However, it is next to impossible to get any follow up without having to make another appointment. Also, she frequently calls out sick (maybe for a family member, which I understand -- but there is no plan in place to deal with situations when she is out). I wouldn't recommend Brooklyn Hospital, I just begrudgingly go because it is on my block. Find somewhere else to go. It's not worth your time to deal with this. Also would note that it is truly impossible to get prescription refills without seeing Dr Inoa in person. I've tried for months to get in touch with her through the front desk and I still have not gotten back any updates.

Dr. Inoa was very sweet. My concern is with the level of professionalism with follow-through. I was told it would take about 3-4 weeks for results from an allergy test and that the doctor would call me to discuss; it took more like 3 months and I had to called twice before getting the information. Also, she didn't seem very confident about explaining the results to me, then mentioned I could see an allergist if I wanted more information. I'm not sure why she didn't recommend that in the first place. If I couldn't find another doctor, I would go back, but I prefer to find an office that has a more tightly run ship.

Dr. Inoa had a really great bedside manner and she answered all my questions/concerns with honest advice. Her staff is a little too lax for my preference, but I'll return since trying to find a decent doctor in the city is so time and energy consuming!
