My appointment was at 11:15a and had to wait for 1hr30min to be seen. Receptionist isn't friendly and the office don't have a smarter wait to check arriving patients. There's a block of cut papers in a box and barely have pens available.. without any sign, you supposed to know that those papers are your form of sign in...
Several waiting patients and I heard some commotion in one of the examination rooms close to the waiting room. Voices were upset and we heard the Dr. sending the patient in pain home.
When it was my turn, I felt Dr. Clark wasn't in a good mood and never even look at my skin up close. I told him my problem and he just prescribed me a medication.
When I was leaving the office, the reception was dark and everybody had left for lunch... they never collected my co-pay... I was shocked as I waited all that time and my insurance wasn't verified, plus, how can you go away for lunch knowing a patient is still there?
Being a first time patient at that facility, that was my first impression. Unfortunately, I caught the office in a bad day, just enough to make me search for an alternative.
