I have had mainly negative experiences with PCP's in the past. It has been difficult to find one that actually listens and cares about the on-goings of my health. I did my research and looked at reviews for Dr. Ponzio and felt like it was a safe choice. Not sure if the reviews are fake, or if for some reason I was treated differently than other patients. Dr. Ponzio has a very removed demeanor and appears to only care about getting people in and out and cashing a check. He had mentioned he is close to retiring so it does not surprise me that his demeanor also reflects this "I'm on my way out" mentality.
