Dr. Allen earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Following an Internal Medicine internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Dr. Allen completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He went on to receive subspecialty fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), later joining the clinical faculty at UCSF as an Associate Professor.
While at UCSF, Dr. Allen gained additional expertise in Mammography and Breast Imaging. He now brings his interest and experience in both Interventional Radiology and Breast Imaging to Imaging Healthcare Specialists.
