Dr. Lai has an excellent bedside manner. He explains everything to you in simple terms. Dr. Lai spent time during my exam to explain my diagnoses of dry eye and gave helpful, affordable solutions for treatment. I left with a new Rx for glasses and my quality of life has improved since receiving treatment from Dr. Lai at Riverside Eye Specialists. Highly recommend!
