Dr. Taylor was wonderful however her staff was not as pleasant to talk to. They Made me feel even more anxious than I already was and they had extreme difficulty when drawing my blood.

I'm very happy with the services I received here. This office is really on top of things. I was able to have an IUD consultation and get the IUD placed all in the same day.

I relocated to Arizona from Los Angeles California in 2009 to work for a non-profit statewide health care organization as the medical director. That was a very fulfilling job that taught me a great deal about health care delivery in Arizona. I also become more politically active and an advocate for women’s health and reproductive rights. After that I joined a private practice in Phoenix and realized that it was time for me to branch out on my own. Desert Star Family Planning was born!

The actual visit and procedure went smoothly, the office was "behind" so when I showed up a few minutes late they were nice about that. It was the payment and insurance hassle that would make me not recommend this to anyone. Hard to contact and back-and-forth, but all was finally settled. The actual visit was great and I had no worries or problems with staff or cleanliness or friendliness.

Overall good experience. All the women were plesent with me and took the time to show me the way. I had to wait a while due to insurance issues but they kept me informed. The male nurse seemed a bit standoffish though.. But Dr Taylor was a sweet heart.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Taylor and her staff. They where very helpful with the questions I had about the paper work I had to fill out before being seen. Dr. Taylor answered all my questions no matter how embarrassing or small I thought they may have been with a very courteous and genuine attitude. I'd highly recommend going to her office!

Overall I had a good visit and plan on retuning for any other appointments however I did not like how long I waited. My appointment was at 1pm I wasn't seem until an hour or so later. That's just not right to keep a patient waiting that long but overall I was happy with my visit
