I felt like my appointment was a waste of time and money. Was only in there for five minutes and didn't really give me any solutions to my problems.
He's very thorough...took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one. i would definitely recommend!
so bad stuff
the wait was terrible. Had an appointment at 8:50, arrived 10 minutes prior. Waiting to be seen till 9:50 and out by 9:55. Then the prescription process to my pharmacy was terrible. Errors were made and prescriptions not ready.
Very professional, had confidence in him, and staff was good too.
Thorough. Gets to point. Set up X-Rays and other procedures to get to a conclusion. Have dealt w/ problem since September 2014. Set my mind at ease.
I waited over 2 hours for my appointment, missing a lot of time at work. During that wait, a patient showed up 30 minutes late to his appointment and they still took him. I understand people are late, but draw the line somewhere. I don't deserve to sit in a freezing cold waiting room for over 2 hours especially when I spent literally less than 5 minutes with the doctor and my insurance got billed for an outrageous amount. I went back for my scope and spent another 5 minutes with the doctor and about 1.5 hours at the doctor for another outrageous bill. I won't be going back.
Staff was very disorganized and the wait was too long.
Friendly staff and wonderful friendly doctor who knows what he is doing.
Relieved. We will be getting ti the bottom of all my symptoms. I feel hopeful. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and so was his staff. They were very friendly.
We had to wait way to long to see the doctor. The whole appointment didn't even take 10 minutes. The wait time was the bad part.
Very professional. Explained himself very well and answered all my questions and concerns. staff was very friendly and professional
I was not impressed with his staff last year, but they seem to be moving in the right direction. We will see how timely they can be this year, as my health is in dire condition. My hope is that his staff is better now.
Always excellent. Hi is an awesome doctor,a great person, and is informative and a good listener. Also he has a great staff
Dr. Desai is awesome, and I appreciate all he has done for me. His staff, especially Kristi, Tiffany, and Dora, are the best. He and his staff have high levels of character and integrity. They ROCK!
I was really impressed and he really seemed concerned.
Impressive first visit, very professional yet wonderfully approachable.
Dr. Desai was polite and knowledgable. I really liked him and my issue seems to have been resolved. My only issue was the ridiculously long wait. I went to the downtown location twice and waited longer than two hours both times. Both times it seemed like some unexpected events had arising, and I do understand that things happen. There was some confusion with my allergy testing that was mistakenly scheduled in office, when I needed to go to a lab for blood test. I made my fourth appointment for the Stone Oak location thinking that the downtown location might just be busy. I waited over an hour and ended up seeing the PA. I have several specialists and realize that excellent specialists take as much time with their patients as necessary. I am used to waiting 30-60 minutes, knowing my Dr. will spend the time with me that he spent with the earlier patients. Dr. D and the PA were both excellent and I recommend them. Can't say so much for the office management.
I felt Dr. Desai was in a hurry. I would have liked to spend more time with him so he could explain the specifics of the hearing test and my results. When I go see the audiologist I plan to ask questions I was not able to ask today.
Overall very good
I left Dr.Desai office still uncertain regarding my son's condition. A lot left unanswered. I strongly feel like I'm still playing through the motions. I have to still going through my check list.
He seemed confident in his knowledge and diagnosis, but he was rude to one of the nurses in front of me. Made me feel bad for her.
Overall was good.
