The office staff booked me for an appointment but then a day later had to reschedule me. When I got to the office I had to wait an hour for her to finally see me, and when she did I felt like I was being rushed so she could see the next patient. She seems like she means well but talks very quickly and was seeing other patients at the same time and bouncing from one room to the next. She told me to call her a week later to discuss my blood test results and boy was that a process with her and the office staff. I called 4 times the first day and was told I would get a call back, but never did. The next day, same process, but was told I would get a call back in 15 min. They must've forgot because an hour and a half went by and I had to call them again. I finally got through to her to discuss my results which only took 5 minutes. Overall I just did not feel like an important patient.
I've followed up to try and get my lab results 3 times now. Primary care was not sent my results either. Phlebotomist was not professional or prepared for what to do in case of patient feeling faint. I at least knew to put my head between my legs.

I will not go to Dr. V again. She coded my procedures wrong, which overcharged my insurance. She also sent my labs all the way to California. Do we not have labs in California. The lab bill said I had a Bone Marrow procedure. After talking to a rep, she said that is an umbrella term that they use. I am not a dummy. Please proceed with caution. I wanted and need a white blood cell count and nothing more.
