Do not try to book appointments at this office online. They will not register in the system in the office. I scheduled my appointment for 12:45 but still had to wait in the order that people arrived.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30. Showed up at 4:15. Wasn’t seen until 5:15. Doctor didn’t come in to the exam room until 5:45. And then they sent my prescription to the wrong location.

The office was not equipped with some basic materials. In my case, this forced me to endure a pelvic exam with a speculum that was unlubricated. When I expressed my discomfort, I was told “this is smaller than a penis”, which was both rude and unhelpful. The doctor was extremely busy, so I understand that she had to make each appointment short, but I was unable to get her to stay in the room long enough to explain to her that the pelvic pain I experienced during the exam was likely not a symptom of an std (as she was convinced) because I always experience pain during pelvic exams, and the situation was exacerbated by the lack of lubricant. On a Saturday afternoon, this urgent care is only of the only options for non-emergency medical care, so I will not say, “don’t go here”. However, patients should know they will not receive even short-term medical care that is comprehensive. Also, I emplore the office to stock lubricant for vaginal exams.
