Dr. Coupet is one of the best physicians I have seen in a long time. I want my daughter to see what a great doctor looks like. He listened was very good at offering next steps and even when I got emotional he was right there to listen and sympathize with me with making me feel like my feelings weren’t valid.

Originally born and raised in New York, I studied at Queen’s College of the City University of New York and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology. I later received my medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed my residency training at the Loyola University-Cook County Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Chicago, Illinois. My areas of focus include preventive medicine, diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure. I live in Laurel and in my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and close friends as well as pursuing my personal hobbies and interests which include drawing, painting, movies, and traveling.

My experience with doctor COUPET was very successful. I was very happy with the approach. I was very comfortable with him and everything. I’m very happy to find him and to be a patient of him. I have never spent this much time with a doctor who was so thorough, kind, and truly listened. I felt seen and heard, like my concerns weren’t being rushed or brushed off. I honestly left the appointment wanting to cry tears of joy because the care was just that good. I’m so happy I traveled to see this doctor. He’s absolutely worth it. He made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for and when it came to my kids? WOW. He was gentle, patient, and knew exactly how to communicate with them on their level, while still speaking to me with clarity and respect. This is the kind of provider every family deserves. Not what I expected. Office modern, no one in the waiting room. One stop shop. Spoke to the Doctor for a length of time. Staff was extremely professional and nice. Was able to provide blood without having to go to a lab. My appointment was great.

The office doesn’t use the Zocdoc online forms, so that part is a waste of time. They send you an email for their own portal to complete the online forms.
Old building (exterior doesn’t look good). However, this particular office is modern and clean. It’s a nice-looking office with modern decor and medical equipment. They are just getting started it seems, so new staff and getting things together (longer wait times in the reception area and the exam room waiting for the doctor). The staff are friendly and professional on the phone and in person.
I saw Dr. Coupet for an annual physical exam after my previous PCP retired. Dr. Coupet spend time first introducing himself and asking me about myself before jumping into the exam. He has good bedside manner and was easy to talk to. I did not present with any symptoms, so I can’t speak to him in a diagnostic or advisory role. It was a good experience, and I will be back in a year.

The best there is....he does not speak "doctor" he speaks in a manner that you will understand without all the medical jargon. He listens and takes into account all that you're saying.

Dr. Coupet was incredibly nice, informative and helpful with what I needed! Office is beautiful. I was seen right away. Dr. Coupet did not rush through the appointment. He took his time ro understand what was going on and came up with a plan to fix the problem. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Experience! The office was beautiful and very clean. They sent me the forms via email, so by the time of my appointment, they had all my information on file. I checked in quickly, they verified my insurance information, collected my copay, and we were done. The Dr. came out and personally help check us in due to his office manager being in the restroom. He warmly greeted everyone and made us feel right at home. We were in and out in an hour and they even performed the blood draw right in the office so we didn't have to go to a secondary testing site. Will definitely be back and referring lots of people.

I haven't been to the doctors in a while due to bad experiences but today I had a great experience with Dr.Coupet. he was on time very professional and very caring his office staff is excellent and I felt very comfortable talking to them especially Dr. Coupet and he listened to me and took all my concerns and is willing to work with me on achieving my health goals honestly after seeing him I left in a way better mood. 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

First time: The first thing I noticed wasvthe office was very clean, staff were very friendly,, the Doctor was easy to talk to, he explained everything, great bedside manners. My son was impress with the visit (and it’s hard to impress him.) i highly recommend this doctor. He went out of his way to make sure that i got the specialist I needed for my issue. I just can’t thank him enough for his help.

Office was immaculate. Brand new. Warm, friendly and professional. Very pessonable and a great listener. Very thorough exams and great attention to detail. Very knowledgeable and compassionate about his work. Great overall experience. He was short staffed, which caused the appointment to be backed up but understanbly so. He still took his time and made sure that he addressed all of my concerns.
