Dr. Dipan Das is Board certified in Plastic Surgery with added certification in Hand Surgery and practices full time in Katy. Dr. Das understands that no two patients who seek the care of a plastic surgeon have identical needs. That’s why providing a high level of personalized care is a top priority for him.
A native of Wisconsin and born in Milwaukee, Dr. Das completed 10 years of surgical training with residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery along with a fellowship in Hand & Microsurgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Das practiced at the Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin before coming down to Katy, Texas.
Being board certified in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery, he is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society for the Surgery of Hand(ASSH), American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery(ASRM), Texas Medical Association(TMA) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons(FACS). He currently serves as a member in an ASSH committee, pursuing his academic interest in Hand Surgery.
Since moving from Wisconsin, Dr. Das and his family are grateful to be members of the Katy community. He is proud to serve the community health care needs, focusing his interests in hand and reconstructive plastic surgery exclusively in the Katy area for all ages.
He performs Hand and Wrist Surgery with short scar techniques and minimal sedation for quicker recovery and better aesthetic and functional outcomes for his patients.
