They are quick, informative, the facility is great and they take their time with you to assess, answer questions, find solutions and I really appreciate that they call a few days later to ensure things are improving and offer any additional support. The doctors and nurses all have great bed side manner and in the 4+ times I've been there I've always been really happy with the experience. They even played baby shark on the speakers in the (otherwise empty) waiting room while I was there with my sick toddler to put a smile on her face.”

About Dr. Dipul Patadia
My name is Dipul Patadia, and I am a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago and completed my residency in Emergency Medicine at Advocate Christ Medical Center. I served as the medical director of the Emergency Department at Advocate Good Samaritan and currently work in the emergency room at Advent UChicago Medicine Hinsdale Hospital. I am passionate about delivering high-quality care that is personal and easy. Hopefully, you don't need to use urgent care often, but when you do ? I hope to provide you with the best service and outcomes possible!

Exceptional Care and Service!
The medical team was compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained every step of the treatment plan clearly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel even more confident in the care I received.
