This had to be the best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. I filled out the paperwork and immediately was sent for an X-ray. After that I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes before being called back. The medical assistant/nurse was super friendly and outgoing. The doctor came in almost immediately after the nurse left. She reviewed my X-ray and brought in a print out of the actual X-ray. I followed her advice and came back for a follow up at the appropriate time scheduled. The follow up visit was just as awesome as the first. I think I checked in, had an X-ray, and checked out in just under an hour. I have spoke so highly of this office and the staff to anyone and everyone because there professionalism and friendliness stood out above anything I've ever experienced before!!!!!

I was impressed with my visit to the Ortho walk in clinic at Methodist Hospital. I did not have to wait a long time at all, I was able to get x-rays right away and saw a Nurse Practitioner in no time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who may be having problems. The staff were professional & courteous!
