Dr. Novoseletsky received his medical degree from Vinnitsa State Medical University in Vinnitsa Ukraine in 1996. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 2006. He was appointed as Chief Resident while completing this program and also was awarded the Strong Commitment Award for exceptional service and displaying compassion and respect to patients, families, and coworkers.
Dr. Novoseletsky is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the International Spine Intervention Society and is a Board Certified Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

I have been a chronic cluster headache patient for 9 years now and I was trying to find a doctor that thinks outside the box and Dr. Novoseletsky is definitely NOT the doctor I was looking for!! The doctors assistant was so nice and gave me better advice on my condition than the doc did? Basically Dr. Novoseletsky didn't even know my condition or even care to look at my novel size medical documents of my history so I will never again go to this doctor ever again and I suggest no one else does either unless you like wasting time and money!
