Awesome experience! Dr. Frio showed me some cool pressure point exercises to do at home and completely removed the excruciating neck pain I walked in with. Can’t wait to go again!

First time going to a DC. I’m writing this review 5 weeks later cause I opened this app to make another appointment with him. So far.. it’s been great and I noticed a healthier sleep for me. He was thorough in asking all pertinent questions about all the problems I was having.
He explained what was wrong - he explained what he was doing , showed me where things were not working properly , made the adjustments I needed.
Everything was excellent from when I walked into the office , until I left. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Couldn't be happier with everything.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Frio's office. He assesses the problem and then provides helpful tips to resolve the problem if he did not do it himself. So long as I am in the Hoboken area, Dr. Frio will be my number 1 choice.
