I prefer doing my visit this way. When he can treat me by just having my blood work done and discussing the results via the phone - I see him - he sees me; I think it is a very practical way of handling this and I appreciate this service being offered.

Words can not express my happiness and satisfaction with Dr. Gardener and his Nurse Practitioner Ms. Kim. She is who i met with 1st. She took her time talked to me, LISTENED to me, came up with a game plan and made me feel at easy. Been dealing with Thyroid issues (and didnt know it) for years and years. After we spoke i had tears in my eyes bcs i felt such a weight lifted off me. Love these docs so far. The office was clean and clutter free, relaxing with a lot of parking.

I had a appointment with the np but Dr. Gardner come in a spoke to me as well which is awesome. So I met all the staff on my first initial visit. The team seem helpful and care about treating diabetes. I like that they suggested modern medicine and app to help treat type 1 diabetes. They listen to my concerns. Overall, the staff and doctors was very helpful.

I have been with this doctor for years and each visit has been progressively worse. After this last visit, I have decided to find a new doctor that actually cares about patients and runs a more efficient office. I basically have to go in to get a prescription refill and he does nothing more than check the blood work results which only takes a few minutes. I typically wait 2 hours to be seen and most of the time he seems out of sorts. The last visit I had a newborn baby in my arms (after waiting 2 hours), he looked over my chart and said it appears that I have gained some weight. I was appalled, it was obvious I had just had a baby. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr. Gardner is very passionate about the his patients and their well being! Very sincere about devising a plan that works best for the patient.
He is very informative about the medications that he prescribes and gives an informational sheet about those meds!

To be fair, I’m seen mainly by Kim Perras, the nurse practitioner here. She is one of my favorite healthcare professionals of all time. Knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic and easy to talk to. My experience with Dr. Gardner has also been great! These two really make the best endo team. Whenever people mention to me that they need an endo, I recommend Dr. Gardner (and I go on and on and Kim)! So thankful I found them.

Unproffesional. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Nobody apologized to me. Staff completely forgot about me. Saw the doctor for 15 min. He forgot to check my T4 and TSH. Didn't check my body, feet, eyes, etc. Looked over my chart telling me about how he would do a more thorough check up next time. Seriously???Offered me new drugs and how future technology would help me. He told me last time (5 months)about this new pump that would revolutionize diabetes treatment. Did the same thing this time. He talked too much and even admitted it himself. He told me about how great the new pump was 5 months ago and how I would get started on it. Still no new pump. I do have insurance, so thats not an issue. Its cool, but I would not recommend him because of the wait time, unprofessional staff (they couldn't find my chart, got my dexcom readings mixed up with someone, and they were ignorant of me even being there waiting until closing.

You cannot get with a better Doctor and person. He is fantastic and the most perfect bedside manner!! That also goes for Kim, his Nurse Practitioner. If only half of doctors were this good; life would be so much easier.

Other than the long wait, my appointment was at 9:48 and Dr. Gardner didn't come in the room until 10:45, I was satisfied with my appointment with him. I do wish he would check the pulse on my feet on occasion.

Good visit with good news. Just wish the annual ultrasound had been ordered this visit, instead of having to make an interim visit in August.

Terribly long wait (one and 1/2 hour) for my 8 minute appt. This has been going on too long with this doctor. I find it to be VERY inconsiderate of his patients. This has been happening for years and there's no excuse for it. He needs to do a better job with scheduling.
