Nice office setting and considerate nursing staff. He was warm and welcoming. Discussed a workable treatment plan.
This doctor was nice but did not seem to listen to me about some pretty serious history. I will keep looking.

I came in to get my asthma inhaler refilled for the year (which every doctor has done for me) I specified I just wanted a year script (been using inhalers since year 5) but my pharmacy had to contact him every refill and now 'I have to make an appt'. I never had a doctor who 'needed' to see me twice in a 6 month period for asthma. His staff is wonderful though!
Fantastic!!!!! Very caring doctor.

When I was given the number by mistake as an eye doctor but since I didn't have a primary I decided to stay. My appointment was at 3 o'clock. I got there about 10 to 15 minutes early. I did my paperwork. Then once I got the notice I explained that I had to pick up my son by 345. Since I wasn't being seen for any health reason I didn't think I would be there long just to be established as a new patient. Then I heard them outside of the room speaking about how do I think I will be out that quick. Also how I was crazy for thinking that. Which I had already offered to make another appointment if he couldn't see me before that time. I had just got the notice after sitting there that my fiancée couldn't get our son. I think professionally they just should have recommended or went ahead and book me the new appointment when I offered.
The staff was excellent. I felt very comfortable and they were more than helpful. The Doctor was excellent and extremely professional. He answered any questions I had and was very helpful in setting up my tests and follow-up appointment. I've never had such a great experience in a Doctor's office before.

While the DR was friendly and seemed on top of things his staff booked me at a specialist who didn't have an appointment when I got there. I called back and they lost my medical files and didn't know who I was at the office. He had temps in the office that day but to lose my appointment and my medical files. Then they billed me for a now show when I didn't come back. To bad the DR seemed ok but the staff and the nerve of billing me for a no show when they couldn't find me as a patient. Next.
I appreciated his taking the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. He seemed very knowledgeable, well informed and overall genuine.
Verified patient
There was 2 other appointments for 3:30 which is probably normal for an urgent care type office. He was very focused on my concerns and became personable as we discussed next steps.
Verified patient
Very kind.Listens well and does not rush.

The front office staff and PA were really nice and friendly. The Doctor was nice and thorough, looks at you when you speak to him, but is fairly quiet and meek in personality. My only complaint about this place is the cleanliness. The waiting room and the patient room were both in need of a serious floor sweeping and cleaning, dirt and hair were stuck to the bottom of my shoes when I left even.
Good environment, great staff! Love coming here

Dr. McGrorey was very professional and addressed all my concern right away. His staff are very friendly and on top of their game. I like the fact that his office can conduct bloodwork, ekg , X-ray amongst many more services he can offer on the spot. Overall I would recommend him and definitely would go back to see him for all my medical needs.

All positive, except for the representation on Zocdoc of insurance coverage. Not the doc's fault, but check with your insurer to confirm the type of coverage before you go.
The back and front ladies were very nice and the dr listened to all of my concerns. However he did refer me out to a lot of places and those places weren't much help.
Verified patient

I felt degraded, and demoralized. Further, I believe I was giving false information. This appointment was a total waste of my time. The experience was surreal.
