Dr. Shields is knowledgeable and straightforward about his area of practice and procedures. Knowing that we had additional questions, he and his staff proactively reached out and got us in to see him immediately. It's rare to find such committed doctors and staff.

Dr Shields and staff were both helpful and courteous as usual. He attended to my seizure concerns and instructed me on what to do, where, and how. He also explained why I was unable to have certain treatments at this visit and why it was not good for my conditions.
