For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Cooper attended the University of California at Riverside, where she maintained a position on the Dean’s list. She pursued her doctoral degree in optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating cum laude. Her work experiences include caring for patients at the Veteran’s Hospital in Los Angeles and the Pearl Harbor naval base in Hawaii. In addition, Dr. Cooper worked at the Center for the Partially Sighted, performing low vision examinations to the visually impaired. Her care has also extended to numerous school districts to perform vision screenings, as well as seeing patients at the JWCH clinic located on Skid Row in Los Angeles. Dr. Cooper is TLG certified, allowing her to practice to the highest scope in optometry.

It was great. She explained every procedure and why it was necessary. She was very gentle and always making sure I was ok.
Also, she provided me with her personal email just in case I have any questions or if I have any discomfort with my new prescription.
I highly recommend doctor Tsai!

she is a very nice dr, she listens she does her job she covered everything from head to top things no other doctor had done she told me why i still couldn't see and what i needed to do i have nothing but great things to say about her i just wish i was going to her 6yrs ago she will be my doctor until i die she good and she smiles laughs she make you feel right at home no matter who you are or what race you are you can't go wrong with Dr.Tsai i just love her :)....

Very happy with my visit! Office has parking, which is great, because street / meter parking is difficult in this area of town. They seem to utilize the latest technology and Dr. Tsai was professional, knowledgeable, and engaged.
