donna is the most caring and dedicated person in that office.they don't come any better.my only complaint is you are way too short of help and i can never call and get her.her personal line 351 NEEDS TO BE FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.i can't even leave a message to her.the hartford medical group is taking away the personal contact with my doctor and I DON'T LIKE IT!!!!!

I was unimpressed by the whole operation. For starters, I had to spend 20 minutes filling out paperwork. Normally I would expect this, but I'd already spent 30 minutes filling it out online in advance, so I had to duplicate my effort. I had shown up early so it wasn't a huge problem, but even though I had everything set to go I had to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled exam time.......Not overly impressed with Dr/nurse. She didn't look at me very long, told me I had a simple problem that could be resolved with steroid or 3-4 physical therapy session. 2 months later I'm still going to PT. She also wrote that she counseled me about obesity and the subject was never raised between us.
