Was very nice. Great personality. Wait time was long more than an hour even though I made an appointment. Receptionist very nice. Would go again.

Today was my 13 year old daughter's first visit with Dr. Parkes and I have to admit it was a pleasant visit! He had great bedside manners where he explained and even showed me why my daughter felt the way she did! She had a very high temperature with stuffy and congested nose. I loved how we took the time to explain things to me without rushing out the room as many doctors do. The lady that helped was excellent as well. My daughter normally is very afraid of needles and she was able to draw blood without hurting my daughter and making her want to cry and leave.

It was the worst doctor visit i ever had. The doctor was rud, super slow, and not knowledgeable on my issue.

it was very horrible. the nurse by the name of Sharon I think cause she never introduced herself to me before she proceeded with me is very unprofessional and rude. She violated my rights and disclosed all my personal information to other patients. I was aware of her telling another patient of my health conditions while the dr. was explaining my prescriptions to me. Also not all concerns with my health was taking in consideration.

Went to the facility. The Doctor I was schedule with was not even there. I sat and wait for another doctor The wait was ridiculous. I would never make referal to that office.

Was very weird, it seemed as though they were new to the medical field. They didn't know the proper materials needed for my exam. The doctor locked herself out of the room so I had to hop out of the stirrups to let her in. She switched speculums then contemplated on how to use it, because apparently it was new. I sat in the stirrups for about 20 minutes while the doctor and nurse left out to figure out what to use for the exam and where to get it. This was unlike any visit I've ever had in my 40 years.

The P.A. was nice, thorough, and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. The staff made me feel at home. There was confusion over my appointment type and what could be done for me at that time. Ultimately, I rescheduled with a doctor. Although I received an annual physical, I was there for three hours, thus I wouldn't suggest taking the kids or having a taxi waiting. The atmosphere was pleasant enough for me to continue my care and see what they can do for me.

I had a 4:45 apt. I sat in the waiting room until about 5:20. After my vitals were taken I then waited over an hour before seeing the doctor, needless to say I was very upset by the time the doctor came in, I expressed that to her, she was apologetic and explained that she was the only one there. I understand that, but I think that I should have been shown some courteousy, by someone coming in to room and explaining the situation rather than have me sit there for such a long time. Not a good first impression!! Needless to say I would not be returning to your facility. I did not see Dr. Parkes.

He was rude and they took extra long to even take me to the back. Then once back there had to ask someone to get the doctor after the 45min wait. But he did make me feel better so I guess he was alright. The music was better.
The office is an urgent care center that did not seem the most professional - xray tech was in jeans and a non nondescript white shirt. But Dr. Parkes actually listened and gave recommendations that made sense unlike the first opinion I sought.
