Dr. Chung herself is an excellent doctor, but everyone that she works with has made me decide to see someone else. I have scheduled three appointments with her and each time there has been issues. When I arrived at her office the first time, there was no record of me having an appointment at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, allowed them to squeeze me in and waited at least a half hour to see the doctor. The second time I went to see her, I checked in at the front desk and waited 45 minutes for my name to be called. When it wasn't called, I went back to the front desk to see what the hold up was. They said that they had forgotten to check me in to the computer system so several patients had seen her before me. When they finally did put me in the system, it was another 30 minute wait. I was upset because I had left work early and taken off time for this appointment. Had I known I was going to be ignored and skipped over, I could have done better things with my time. My third appointment I never actually went to. I had scheduled it at least a month in advance for an afternoon appointment. Two days before, a voicemail was left for me with an appointment time that was 2 hours before I had scheduled it. I assumed it was a mistake and called the office back. They said it had been moved up 2 hours because the doctor had cancelled all of her afternoon appointments. Ok...why wasn't I made aware of this until 2 days before my appointment??? I am going out of town for the holidays and specifically scheduled the appointment for the afternoon so I would have time to travel back to the state. If the doctor had cancelled all afternoon appointments, why was I only given two days notice?? Completely unprofessional. I cancelled my appointment on the spot and will be seeing a different doctor. If I ran a business this way, I wouldn't have any customers.

She was very friendly and nice. I will be going back. The office was a bit confusing, though, because there were two places that appeared to be offices/check in areas. I initially went to the wrong place and was 30 minutes late for my appointment because of that. Get your parking ticket validated for patient parking rates.
