I got to the appointment 5 minutes before 10am. I then had to fill out a touch device which took about 20 minutes to complete, then I waited another 45 minutes. I was then called in. He came to me about 2-3 minutes from being placed into the room. Once he came in, he greeted me. I had a list of items to discuss with him and showed him the list. He clearly discussed with me all of them and made recommendations. I have followed up on all of them. After a month or so, I will then make a much better judgment.

I am a Sports Medicine Specialist and board-certified Family Practitioner, and I have been honored to run this clinic for more than 20 years in the same location. As a physician, I have a special interest in preventative medicine and the mind-body connection. I firmly believe that a positive attitude and spiritual wellness can support our overall health.
I am very attentive to my patients’ needs, and I am proud to say that I am consistently described by them as a great listener. My practice works hard to keep last-minute availabilities open, because we know that urgent care can be vital. I am married with three children, and I’m enthusiastic about outdoor activities such as climbing, hiking, snowboarding, trekking, jogging and travelling. I look forward to meeting you!
