I was a new patient and arrived about 30 minutes early. As I completed the necessary paperwork, I was called in. The nurse, Leah, took my vitals and as we talked questions and answers were exchanged. Leah explained how the next steps of the exam would go. At no time was I uncomfortable or uneasy. Dr. Hale came in after I redressed. He had reviewed the procedures the nurse had performed. He then explained the possible next steps I could take going forward. I am very happy that Dr. Hale was recommended to me and I will be continuing under his care.

Dr Hale is an amazing physician and surgeon who is a brilliant. He has set the bar very high for me now with rating any other physician!
He took his time, explained everything, came up with a plan, and even read my ENTIRE chart the day before my appointment. I’ve seen specialists before who received my information 6 months prior, and still did not bother to look at my chart or history before my much waited for appointment.

Dr. Hale is an excellent, experienced, compassionate physician that I would highly recommend to anyone. I had surgery performed by him over 24 years ago and still have outstanding results from the procedure that he did for me. I went to see him for his knowledge and advise on how to continue to keep myself healthy. He patiently listened to and advised me.

I was seen promptly by a Fellow who did the physical examination and a nurse did the catheterization of my bladder. Dr. Hale and the Fellow did the consultation with me following the examination and catheterization. Dr. Hale took lots of time to explain my diagnosis and the treatment options available.

Dr. Hale and the fellow, Dr. Allie, were fantastic as was the staff. I felt like they had read my complete chart before meeting with me but still listened to what I had to say. They explained things in a way I understood. I will return to this provider.

The doctor was delayed ( not his fault) and the staff was great to keep me updated. I arrived at 12:30 for my 1:00 pm appointment. The problem is with this App. I scheduled my appointment through Zocdoc but the staff had no record of my appointment. The main reason they did not ask me to reschedule was because of all the messages reminding me of the appointment that I was able to show the office staff on my phone. I also was not mailed a “NewPatient” packet that I would have received had my Zocdoc appointment actually been received at Dr. Hale’s office. Please try to address the problem with the software.
