Our clinic is Self-Pay. The consultation fee is up to $350/hour depending on the time spent with the provider. A $50 deposit is required during confirmation of your appointment.

The entire staff at Precision Primary Care & Wellness is fantastic. I’m moving abroad and needed a few medical clearances completed in order to submit my visa application. I was on a tight timeline and a bit confused about what was required on one of the forms. When I spoke with Gizelle from Dr. Milien’s office, she was incredibly kind and exceptionally accommodating. She answered all my questions, scheduled an appointment within my preferred timeframe, and even made sure Dr. Milien reviewed the forms in advance to confirm he could complete them—easing my nerves in the process.
Dr. Milien is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. He was thorough and completed all the necessary documentation without issue. Truly a godsend!

They are great here. It’s a very nice establishment that is very conveniently located. The Dr was thorough in gathering the information he needed. They just didn’t take my insurance :( Would still highly recommend .Great experience at this office.
