Dr. Nguyen was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and patient as I navigated some new/concerning issues with my eyes. I had a lot of questions and she kindly made me feel at ease with her informative and helpful answers. Her staff (both at reception and frame sales) were so great, as well! The frame sales rep even helped me come to the realization that my taste in frames had changed! I'd previously thought I was a simple black/brown square frames kind of girl, but within just seconds of trying on a pair that the rep felt moved to suggest to me, I feel in love with a gorgeous pair of gold-framed, diamond-shaped beauties. And the best part was, because the frames were out of my budget, the rep helped me navigate paying for them in a way that made sense for me.
