the doctor was decent, but I was seen in February and it in now the end of april and I still have not received my glasses . I would never have used them if I would have known it took this long. when I picked out and paid for my glasses they said it would take two weeks.. not so

I made this appointment for my 14 year old daughter'a routine eye exam. On the morning of my appointment, I scratched my eye with my contact lens. I was in extreme pain, both of my eyes were watering, I couldn't open my eyes. The receptionist, without reservation, allowed me to visit the doctor at the same time as well. I offered to pay cash because I didn't have my vison insurance card but she suggested that I utilize my medical insurance BCBS and all I ended up paying was my co-pay. Dr. Jackson demonstrated exceptional bedside manner. He was very thorough and did several tests to confirm his diagnosis. He seemed genuinely concerned with my pain level and advised me to return if symptoms got worse or didn't improve. I would definitely recommend this doctor to friends and family.

Dr. Jackson is very thorough and professional in his dealings with his patients. He answered all my questions and made sure that I understood what he was doing and what the results showed about my vision. He also explained his plan for testing my eyes in the next few months for glaucoma. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone seeking professional vision care.
