My first doctors visit there and he was really nice & so were the nurses. My appointment was at 10:30 came and hour early and was out around 10. The waiting room was packed but they moved fairly quickly. So no one waited longer than an 30 mins.

Duong Phung is an engaging and brilliant OB/GYN serving the cities of Pomona and Chino in California. Dr. Phung earned his medical degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wayne State University and Kern Medical Center.
Dr. Phung has had considerable experience with an impressive catalogue of women’s health issues, including pelvic inflammatory disease, heavy or irregular vaginal bleeding, ovarian cysts, post-menopausal bleeding, and postpartum depression. He is also certified in minimally invasive surgeries for benign gynecologic procedures.

Even though we made an appointment and took out time from our day to go, they treated us like we were a walk-in and never called us. After waiting for well over the appointment time, I walked to the desk to ask why people coming in after our marked time were being seen. They forgot to call us up and even worse they told us that by making an appointment with Zocdoc it would be the same as being a walk-in. This was told to me after the fact that they knew we were there, we signed in the wait-list, & I had told them that we had an appointment through Zocdoc. Never again!

Didn't not like my visit at Dr's office. Made appt online and called day before appt and they said I had to wait as a walk in, even though I made my Apts days in advance and that they couldn't schedule me. When I arrived I waited 45-60 min. If they couldn't schedule me in they should have emailed or called me. I will be looking for another Dr.

Dr Phung is very attentive, excellent beside manner easy to communicate and always ask me " any questions" before the end,. i delivered my 2nd boy 2 months ago smoothly with his help. The overall experience is very good but the service mindset of reception need to be improved ,sometimes the queue is long and need spend an hour to wait.

Dr. Phung was great. I finally have a diagnosis that several gynecologists have looked over. Dr. Phung discussed all my options with me and made a referral today. He is extremely gentle, caring, and straight to the point. He took the time to listen, and to me that means everything. I'm glad I found him.

I switched OBs because I wasn't feeling treated well at my old OB and when I got there he made me feel so much better. As this is my third pregnancy I wanted to make sure I have another smooth natural birth and Dr Phung believes natural birth is best for mother and baby!!! LOVE IT!
Only thing I will say I really did not like is that I was weighed in line with other girls like highschool PE and being a thicker woman that wasn't very comfortable for me and was embarassing

This was my first time seeing this ob/gym as I was disappointed with my previous one. I was shocked at how quickly I got in and out for my first prenatal appointment! It was less than 45 minutes to complete the whole appointment and that was with his office full of other patients as well. I was very impressed that the doctor meets with you right away, and even though he doesn't stay with you for a very long time, he has a nice lady who is there to answer any of your questions and you meet with her every visit. Impressed that I got an US right away too! Enjoyed my visit.

I liked the office and the staff. Dr. Phung was great, very effective and responsive to my questions. He immediately told me what to expect as far as testing for the next trimester of my pregnancy. I was very pleased overall.

Dr. Phoung answered all my questions thoroughly. Gave really good eye contact. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and makes an effort to make you feel comfortable in the manner he speaks. He wasn't rushing and asked me if I had any questions in the end. Staff was kind although one of the girls appeared rushed. The bathroom was dirty looks like no one checked it in a while. They asked me to give urine but there is no designated place to put it instead she asked me to put it on a clean counter in my room. I hope they disenfect the counters before they leave and between patients if they do that.

I used to come to Dr. Phung when i had my first child. After that i went to a new OB and truly regretted it and came right back to him even though I live 45 minuses away. He is very kind and patient. He doesn't just speed through his patients the way some other doctor offices do. He remembers his patients and takes his time with them to ensure all their questions and concerns are taken care. I highly recommend this doctor and the offices.
